Are the browser tools really free forever?
Yes — 100%. All 100+ browser-based tools on dipsac.com are and will always be completely free. No account needed, no watermarks, no daily caps. The API is a separate product for developers who need programmatic access.
What counts as an API request?
Each successful POST to any API endpoint counts as one request. Validation errors (e.g. wrong format, missing file) that return 4xx responses do not count against your quota.
Do unused API requests roll over?
No — monthly quotas reset on your billing anniversary date each month. Unused requests do not roll over.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. We'll never charge you more than you expect.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI, and net banking via Razorpay. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — Pro includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged if you choose to continue after the trial period.
What happens if I exceed my API limit?
Requests beyond your monthly quota return a 429 Too Many Requests response. Your browser tools continue to work normally — they are completely separate from API limits.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund. No questions asked.
