By accessing or using any tool, page, or feature on dipsac.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time — the “Last updated” date above will reflect changes.

DIPSAC provides free, browser-based online tools across six categories: Developer, Image, PDF, SEO, Audio & Video, and Calculator (“DIPSAC” standing for each initial).

All tools are provided free of charge. Processing occurs locally in your web browser — we do not upload, store, or process your files on our servers. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

You may use DIPSAC tools for any lawful purpose, including:

• Personal projects and productivity tasks
• Commercial work for clients or your business
• Educational purposes
• Non-profit and charitable activities

There are no limits on how many times you may use any tool. No attribution is required when using tool outputs.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process files that violate applicable laws or infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download content from the Service
• Conduct automated high-volume requests that degrade service for other users
• Upload, process, or distribute malicious code, malware, or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

The DIPSAC website, logo, design, and underlying code are owned by DIPSAC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain full ownership of any files you process through DIPSAC tools. Because processing happens locally in your browser, no file data is ever transmitted to us — we have no rights to your content and make no claim over it.

Tool outputs: You are free to use, distribute, and commercialise any output generated by DIPSAC tools without restriction.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Tool outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose
• The Service will be compatible with all devices or browsers

You use all tools at your own risk. Always verify important outputs independently before relying on them.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIPSAC AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed INR 100 (one hundred Indian Rupees).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time — the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
